About Me

I believe counselling is a journey for  people to heal from the trauma they experienced so that they are able to live freely. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe place for people and walk with them to help them deal with their hurt and pain. Thus they can resolve their emotional blockage and have both better intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships.

Through counselling, I help clients to express their emotions and to deal with their past trauma and pain. I also help them to understand how their past experiences relate to their current issues and that will make them truly know the root of their problems so that they can have positive changes which enable them to deal with their future problems. I have been invited to be a speaker of psychology education to help audience to know and understand different psychological issues.

I enjoy hanging out with friends. I like reading, listening to music and watching movie. I am blessed to have a husband with two adorable daughters living in Vancouver.
